現代東南アジア政策研究ネットワーク（PRN-SEA）国際会議 「インド太平洋協力：AOIPの今後の進め方」
１．背景
日本、米国、豪州、インド等のASEAN対話国がインド太平洋地域の将来の協力のあるべき姿に関する構想を発表してきたところ、2019年6月のASEAN首脳会議において「インド太平洋に関するASEANアウトルック（AOIP）」が採択され、2019年11月の東アジアサミットにおいて、AOIPはASEAN 対話国からもコンセンサスを得た。
今後、ASEANが打ち出したAOIPに対する支援を中心とするインド太平洋協力を議論するために、政策研究大学院大学（GRIPS）は、インドネシアCSIS及びシンガポールRSISと協力して、「インド太平洋協力：AOIPの今後の進め方」というテーマの下、東アジアサミット参加国の大学?研究機関も参加する国際会議を開催する。

２．目標
東南アジアと日本の大学?研究機関の研究ネットワークであるPolicy Research Network on Contemporary Southeast Asia（PRN-SEA） を土台とし、日本?ASEANにその他ASEAN対話国も加えた国際会議を開催する。この国際会議では、経済、政治?安全保障等の分野で意見交換を行うとともに、海洋協力、連結性、SDGs、その他経済協力というAOIPの重点分野に沿った具体的な協力のあり方を議論する。
