We show that the emergence of multinationals during the product cycle may depend not only on product quality and how it is achieved, but also on whether or not there is an increasing/decreasing return to quality. 主讲人简介：何欢浪，上海对外经贸大学国际经贸学院副院长、副教授，上海财经大学国际工商管理学院博士（2011）,加拿大卡尔顿大学经济系访问学者（2008-2010）。何教授在《Canadian Journal of Economics》、《经济研究》、《世界经济》、《世界经济文汇》、《财经研究》、《国际贸易问题》等国际期刊一流和国内重要期刊发表论文多篇。主持国家自然科学基金、上海市教委，上海市发展研究中心课题多项。主要研究方向为：新新国际贸易理论，环境与贸易。
