In response to a request from King Prajadhipok’s Institute (KPI) in Thailand, GRIPS gave distance lectures to Thai government and private sector executives in October and December 2018.

Prof. Ayano Hirose, Assistant Professor of Rikkyo University, gave a lecture under the theme of ” Leadership for Knowledge Creation and Innovation ” and introduced examples of Japanese leaders and companies. Prof. Masahiro Horie, Professor Emeritus of GRIPS gave a lecture on ” Ethics and Integrity of Public Leaders: Learning from Japanese Experience “. After the lecture, Thai participants and Prof. Horie have shared the opinions on the Code of Ethics for Japanese government officials.
