In response to a request by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE), GRIPS conducted a half-day training program on February 17, 2011 for a group of young Vietnamese politicians as part of the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Program. The 30-member delegation, accompanied by JICE staff members, visited GRIPS and attended a lecture given by Prof. Horie entitled “Politics and Administration Systems in Japan”.
