On June 29, 2022, a Memorandum of Understanding for Academic Collaboration was renewed between Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and GRIPS.

The signing ceremony was held online attending executive members led by DAP President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Engelbert C. Caronan Jr., MNSA and Acting President Masako Kurosawa, Vice President Yoko Kijima and Vice President Hirofumi Takada at GRIPS.

During the ceremony, the two institutions discussed plans for deepening their academic exchange as well as research and training program through a variety of activities.
