MOU on academic exchange and cooperation signed between GRIPS and the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with a lecture given by Central Party School Vice-President and Dean of Education Hao Shijin
On 17 June 2009, a Memorandum of Understanding on academic exchange and cooperation was concluded between GRIPS and Party School of the Central Committee (CCPS) of the Communist Party of China. A six-member delegation led by Hao Shijin, academic dean of CCPS, came to GRIPS to attend the signing ceremony. The MOU covers the next three years, during which time academic exchange between the two institutions will be deepened through various means such as symposia and short-term training.
In conjunction with this occasion, Hao Shijin gave a lecture entitled ‘Achievements and Future of China’s Reform and Development.’ He was joined by Professors Zhao Huji and Wang Juntong from the CCPS Department of Politics and Law and Professor Wang Tianyi from the CCPS Department of Economics for a lively Q&A session.
