GRIPS carried out a joint seminar with the delegation from China Central Party School (CCPS) on December 14th, 2007.

The main theme of the seminar was “Economical Growth and the Environmental Energy issues in the cities and the countryside.” Prof. Chen Xuewei, Department of Party History of CCPS gave the keynote speech titled “Scientific Outlook on Development: the Guidelines for the New Countryside Construction of China”.

After her keynote speech, the participants had the closed session on Energy, Environment, and the agricultural issues.
