GRIPS invited Professor Ronald Philip Dore, senior fellow of GRIPS Alliance; professor emeritus of London University to speak at the GRIPS Forum who is a sociologist specializing in Japanese economy and society. He gave a lecture titled ” The Tripartite Division of Powers：Democracy in a Populist Age”. His lecture was sprinkled with humor and many examples, and the audience was listening with all ears.
