At the 79th GRIPS Forum on June 10, 2013, Dr. David M. Malone, Rector of the United Nations University and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, gave a lecture titled “The UN Security Council: Boom or Bust?” Based on his experiences, he outlined the changing international institution after the Cold War and the role of the international institution in a new age. He answered many questions during the Q&A session, and it was a meaningful Forum for the audience.
