At the 65th GRIPS Forum on May 28, 2012, Mr. Keiji Yamada, President of National Governor’s Association, Governor of Kyoto Prefecture gave a lecture on “Beyond Decentralization Reform”. In this forum, he talked about the history and progress of decentralization reform, and future vision of Japan how it should be. He also answered many questions respectfully during the Q&A session. The forum was fruitful for the audience.
