At the 61st GRIPS Forum on April 16, 2012, Dr. Frédéric Jenny, Professor of ESSEC Business School gave a lecture on “Competition policy in a global era: achievements and challenges.” He described about　the committee and competition laws related to OECD based on his experience as a Chairman of the OECD Competition Committee. GRIPS Professor Akira Goto’s (chair for this forum) brief explanation about the proliferation of competition law before the lecture was also helpful for audiences.
