At the 55th GRIPS Forum on November 21, 2011, Dr. Isao Kumakura, President of Shizuoka University of Art and Culture gave a lecture on “Japanese Food Culture”. He explained and introduced Japanese food Culture compared with overseas, and the difference of table manners between old and modern table manners. He made a presentation in Power Point with easy-to-understand illustrations and photos.
