At the 50th GRIPS Forum on June 27, 2011, Mr. Susumu Takahashi-,Vice Chairman of the Japan Research Institute, Limited, gave a lecture entitled “The Japanese Economy after the Great Earthquake.” After his lecture, he held a talk with Professor Hiroko Ota (Professor of GRIPS, former minister of state for economic and fiscal policy). His lecture gave a ideas about how we should address the issue of finances for reconstruction.
