At the 23rd GRIPS Forum, GRIPS invited Mr. GOTO Yasuo, Chief Economist of Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., Dr. TSURU Kotaro,　Senior Fellow of Research Institute of Economic, Trade and Industry, to discuss on andquot;How to deal with financial deficitandquot;. GRIPS Vice President Prof. OTA Hiroko served as the moderator asking for the panelistsandrsquo; opinions on exit strategy from economic crisis, how to rebuild the Japanese finances, etc. Opinions were expressed on the tasks that must be undertaken to rebuild the finance and the difficulties in realizing them, as well as issues on social security.
