Muhammad Arif Hidayat (YLP’05),Head of the Cooperation Bureau,Ministry of Manpower, Indonesia
After taking the Indonesian civil service exam, Muhammad Arif Hidayat started his career in the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1998. He held several positions in the Ministry, mostly in the area of national and international cooperation. After more than two decades in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Arif moved to the Ministry of Manpower where, in July 2021, he got promoted to his current position as Head of the Cooperation Bureau.Arif graduated from the National Institute of Technology (ITENAS Bandung) in 1993 and continued with his Master of Engineering in Urban Infrastructure Management at the International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IHE) Delft, The Netherlands in 2001. He graduated from the Young Leaders Program at GRIPS in 2005.
