Microsoft 365 Copilot Hands-on Training @ Roppongi

Starting from early September to early October 2024, GRIPS held three sessions of AI training workshop, “Microsoft 365 Copilot Hands-on Training @ Roppongi.”

The purpose of the workshop is to enhance the accessibility and understanding of AI for future leaders and those involved in policy development, so that they can incorporate those skills and knowledge into their work such as policy making process when they return to their organizations.

As each participant used a PC with Microsoft 365 Copilot installed and performed various tasks, they learned how effectively their daily research activities and work could be by using generative AI. They also learned about the development and operation of AI with considerations for safety, reliability, and ethics.

After the sessions, feedback such as ‘It seems applicable to practical work,’ ‘It was very helpful as a first step,’ ‘The hands-on training made it easy to visualize,’ and ‘I understood that Copilot is superior in terms of confidentiality' were received.
